At Puzzleva, we carefully inspect and package every order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Due to the nature of puzzle products, opened puzzles or products with opened packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.


Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted for:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items received
  • Products that arrive with significant issues

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is a problem with your order.


Missing Puzzle Pieces

If you believe your puzzle is missing pieces, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the puzzle
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review each request and provide assistance where possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened puzzle packaging
  • Used puzzles
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
